2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be in their original condition (unworn, undamaged, and with all tags and packaging).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Custom or Personalized Jewelry: Items made specifically for you are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons.
  • Gift Cards and items marked as “Final Sale.”

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days of receiving your item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges are available for items of equal value if stock permits. Contact us to check availability.


7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or refund the item at no cost.
